Circuit Training. We have six stations to increase our heart rate. The six stations are; the bubble, pogo jump ball, jumping rope, dribbling & shooting, roller racers and Tae Bo. "The Bubble", MR C's physical education class uses "The Bubble" as an exercise station. Activities like push ups, curl ups and push up hockey are played inside the bubble.

Mr.C's students are holding a push up position and using the ball to touch a number of different body parts. ( shoulders, ears, knees, etc. )

Our students are playing a game of push up hockey. They try to roll the ball between a classmates arms to score a point, as they hold a push up position.

Circuit Training Stations in P.E. class are the bubble, pogo jump ball, jump rope, dribble & shoot, roller racers and tae bo. This station is pogo jump ball. Our students use them in two ways, to balance on and to jump like a pogo.

We use different parts of the Tae Bo tape in class. Some parts are used for warm up activities and others for exercise. There are some parts that we use for a cool down.
